The Central Lincolnshire Local Plans Team has commenced a Call for Sites as part of its evidence base preparation for the Local Plan Review. This consultation runs until 18 February 2026 and seeks information on land that may be suitable for future development.
Land can be put forward for a range of potential uses, including:
Residential development (including mixed-use schemes and new settlements)
Employment and business uses
Mixed-use development
Other appropriate forms of development
