Following approval of a planning application there may be the need to discharge planning conditions as well as handling the detailed technical design before construction can commence. While ldc aim to achieve planning permission with minimal conditions it is often necessary to submit a formal conditions application where the Local Planning Authority require further information. This often involves further information regarding aspects of the development including materials, finishes, drainage and landscaping.
