Beyond the house itself the overall development has a peacefull ambiance by considered layout and design of the surrounding spaces and neighbouring properties. One example: the unique (to us!) highly effective area/street lighting which is as dusk falls, gives a very welcoming, attractive setting on approach we had not seen elsewhere.
