Following East Lindsey District Council's decision to refuse a planning application at the Grange & Links Hotel, Sandilands, Lincolnshire - Lincs Design Consultancy are pleased to announce the decision was overturned by the Planning Inspectorate, and lead to a successful planning appeal.The appeal was in relation to an outline application for a mixed-use development for 22no. flats with commercial space at ground floor and proposed swimming pool.
