LDC worked closely with the Local Planning Authority and the Conservation Officer to design a scheme that would not only enhance the site and the Conservation Area, but also be viable.
This project aimed to replicate a traditional warehouse style and utilise materials found in the locality. One of the key features was the warehouse style windows.
The design reflects the local character of the town centre and respects the history of the site, whilst at the same time, being innovative and providing the standard of accommodation that people have now come to expect from modern developments.
